what if i arrive late?
Your activity will be cancelled without refund if you are late. Our guides are required to leave on time in order not to inconvenience other guests. You may contact our customer support by email support@rocketcarcrew.com to request a reschedule; a ¥10,000 rescheduling fee per person will apply.
do you pick-up and drop-off at hotel?
We do not offer hotel pick-up or drop-off, as we are not a taxi service and regulations do not allow us to provide this type of transportation. please notice that if you book 11pm activity public transportation do not run after midnight only taxi do.
How far you can book in the future?
There is no limit you can book multiples months before your travel and your booking can be modified until 24h before your experience.
How often is the car meet?
People gather almost every evening in Daikoku PA, when daikoku is close people gather in Umihotaru PA.
What languages speak our guide?
