1. Introduction
Welcome to Rocket Crew. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making any booking.
2. Services Provided
Rocket Crew (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides English and French language, guided cultural experience tours focused on Japanese automotive culture for international visitors to Japan.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. (Check legal notice for more details)
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Client Cancellation:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
Provider Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or vehicle issues. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to:
Arrive on time for the scheduled tour, if client arrives after the starting the activity will be cancelled without refund. You may contact our customer support by email support@rocketcarcrew.com to request a reschedule; a ¥10,000 rescheduling fee per person will apply.
Follow safety instructions and local laws during the tour.
Respect the vehicles and equipment provided.
Respect the locals, do not sit on or touch their cars.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to any client behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
Guests are solely responsible for their own conduct and behavior at all times during participation in the tour.
Each guest agrees to act in a lawful, respectful, and safe manner toward other participants, third parties, vehicles, property, and public spaces.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, fines, penalties, or expenses resulting from a guest’s own actions, negligence, misconduct, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Guests agree to assume full financial responsibility for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by their actions, including but not limited to damage to vehicles, property, facilities, or third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Insurance Coverage
Rocket Crew maintains commercial general liability insurance in accordance with applicable Japanese laws and regulations.
This insurance provides coverage for third-party bodily injury and property damage where the Company is found legally liable.
All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of the applicable insurance policy.
While Rocket Crew takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and enjoyment of its guests, the Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in its tours, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Japanese law.
Rocket Crew maintains appropriate civil liability insurance coverage in accordance with Japanese regulations, which may apply in the event of an accident where the Company is legally responsible.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Rocket Crew unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
