Rocket Crew (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) provides English and French language, guided cultural experience tours focused on Japanese automotive culture for international visitors to Japan.

1. Nature of the Services

All services offered by the Company are guided cultural and educational experiences, the primary purpose of which is to provide historical, cultural, and contextual explanations related to vehicles and visited locations.

The Company does not operate as a passenger transportation service under the Road Transportation Act or any other applicable Japanese laws.

Any vehicle movement conducted during a tour is strictly incidental to the guided experience and is not provided as a standalone or paid transportation service. No fee is charged for transportation itself.

2. No Transportation or Transfer Services

The Company does not provide transportation-only, transfer, or shuttle services, including but not limited to transportation to or from Daikoku Parking Area or any other destination.

Requests for point-to-point transport, drop-offs, pickups, or any service where transportation is the sole or primary purpose cannot be accepted.

Guests who require transportation or transfer services only are advised to use licensed taxi or hired car operators authorized under Japanese law.

3. No Vehicle Rental or Driving Experiences

The Company does not provide any of the following services:

• Vehicle rental (rent-a-car services)

• Shared driving or vehicle sharing

• Driving experiences or test-drive services

• Vehicle lending, driver substitution, or driving instruction

• Arrangement, brokerage, or introduction of rental car services

The Company is not a car rental operator, and any such activities, if conducted without proper authorization, may violate applicable Japanese laws. Accordingly, the Company cannot accommodate such requests.
